"As we were out seeing Blackpool sights & only one day stay it was ok to cope with the room "

Staff very helpful & friendly. pool facilitates were good & clean. Bedding & towels were clean & overall the hotel was clean. Breakfast facilities were good & good choice.

Room for a double was very small & not actually a double bed, as an indication was two pillows could not fit across the top of the bed. For an overnight stay we could cope with this, but if i was staying any longer, I feel this would have been unacceptable. Bought a bottle of wine in the bar, which was not very nice, but staff were happy to take this back

    "Enjoyable."

The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and tidy.

There was no shower in the room. The radiator was stuck on so the room was to warm. The menue was limited in the dining room.

"staff were very pleasant and helpful. value for money 7 out of 10[could do better]"

Kids enjoyed the swimming pool which was open all day.

Room was too hot only had 1 window which didn't open properly. decor was old fashioned, no lock on the bathroom door and the shower did not work.Floor boards were very creaky.

"Overall, we had a fantastic nights break with helpful, smiling staff - which makes the stay even better - the pool is lovely, even though we didn't get round to taking a dip!!"

The staff at the warwick hotel were welcoming, helpful and they played with our baby daughter!! The food was lovely - especially hubbys full english the next day!! The hotel is situated in a nice, quiet part of Blackpool - but within easy reach of local amenities.

If I am honest, I can't really think of any bad points.

"As on business didn't have much time in the hotel so didn't get to use the pool etc but would def stay again"

It was a great hotel and would def stay again if on business in Blackpool. I didn't book on line booked over the phone and the lady who took the booking was lovely, but have marked the questionnaire as yes as wouldn't send otherwise.

"Perfectly fine accommodation for an overnight stay."

Very nice pool, clean and tidy reception/bar/restaurant. Polite and friendly staff.

Room had been entered by another guest who had left rubbish and used tea/coffee facilities which were not tidied away very well when requested at reception.

"The room was great, but the location was not. Staff accommodation should be separate from paying customers. I know that staff get drunk after a long days shift and hence do not give much regard to others."

Good clean room, warm, great view of seafront.

Located opposite a staff room, got woken up several times in the night by banging doors, especially the fire door which was banging with the wind.

"Enjoyed it bar the nosie from the plumbing. Also for breakfast they had no beans on one of the mornings - not very clever really."

Good size room, pleasant and friendly staff.

The plumbing was very noisey, at times sounded like a drill was being used when a tap was turned on.

The lounge had an excellent view of the prom and with a tram stop outside we were able to get to any of the attractions without any problems. Overall the hotel is excellent looking forward to going again."

The accommodation is very tidy and clean, the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

    No problems with anything.

"Although we enjoyed our 2 night stay we thought it was a little bit pricy £180 for 2 nights b&b. The hotel is very old fashioned and the breakfast small, 1 rasher of bacon, 1 sausage, 1 egg & 1/2 a tomato. Enough for a child but not for an adult. The room we had was looking over the back of the hotelwe had requested a seaviewand was adequate - a double bed, 2 chairs,a wardrobe and drawers. we had a bathroom. Very unusual to have blankets on the bed - usually you get a duvet these days."

The staff were very friendly. Although we arrived early on the first day they let us book into our room without any problem. The hotel was convienient for Blackpool front -only 10 minute walk from fair.

The hotel was clean but we thought it needed some tender loving care. it needed decorating and bringing up to date. The shower in our room had no water pressure and struggled to keep going.

"Staff were polite and curteous and the hotel is well positioned within Blackpool. The Hotel is obviously geared towards the more mature market 50+, and although this is not a problem, we should have liked to know this before we booked. Generally, the hotel was adequate, but we feel it was a touch on the expensive side given the wealth and standard of choice available in the immediate area."

it was well placed within the resort, good parking.

Could use a lick of paint, Full english breakfast does not consist of 1egg, 1 sausage, 1 rasher bacon and one slice of tomato and the ceiling fan in our room was defective, so was very very hot.
