"Is was a pleasant stay and enjoyable apart from all the point raised above."

The hotel is quite good and all the staff are very accommodative and friendly. They performed exelently. They should keep it up.

I will advice the hotel to make a provision for internet connection.Ordinary wireless points will serve the whole hotel and does not cost much.Is very frustrating for an individual and at the same time bouring that you can not access internet, despite coming with own laptops.I hope something better will be done regarding this. At the same time,it will be better if drinking water is provided in each room than an individual going to fetch drinking water inside the TOILET.Is not hygienic. Also a drinking jog should be provided for each room.Thanks.

"It was an easy hotel to get to, handy for city centre and train stations. Only drawback was an early checkout. This may be ok during the week but at 10 on Sunday there is very little open in Glasgow!"

The room was clean and tidy, good tea and coffee supplies and the hotel was in a handy location for the city centre.

Breakfast is between 7.30 and 9 which can be very early at the weekend and the checkout is 10. That wasn't a problem for us but could have been for others.
