"Generally good, but the reception desk seemed to have problems locating our booking. This was solved though with minimum fuss."

"Very good hotel, other than the lady we engaged or attempted to engage in conversation with at check in/reception."
Extremely disappointed with the manner in which we were dealt with by one individual member of staff. I stay in hotel accommodation regularly and have never been so angered by someone's unhelpful attitude. Body language was dreadful and personal skills - nul and void.

"good"
pleasant staff,excellent food,convenient location
bedroom furniture was in good order but a little disappointing in quality. Also the double room was ok for an overnight stay but would have been a little cramped for a longer stay

"It was stressful sitting around from checking out at midday until going to the airport at 8 00! however you staff were kind and patient. The hotel is excellently placed for shopping."
Very willing and helpful front desk and the charming lady in the breakfast room.
shabby torn wallpaper around the window, bin in the bathroom broken, generally seedy. however the cleaner left the room in good shape

"Very conveniently placed for shopping."
Helpfulness of front desk staff and breakfast dining room staff. Excellently presented breakfast.
No easily available electric points to plug in telephone charger or other electric equipment such as a computer, wallpaper around window peeling off, bathroom pedal bin broken, bedside lights impossible to turn on and off because the switch is hidden below the bedside table and the bed. Booking on line does not offer a BACK option, so when I realized I had made a mistake I was obloged to cancel the booking in site. Although I did not confirm this booking it was still accepted by the hotel. I subsequently opened a second page and rebooked but this correct booking was not registered on your computer when I arrived.

All facilities good and room very good. However as I have difficulty with stairs I would ask for single level room next time. Staff helpfull and friendly and breakfast very good

"Good . As expected"
-Roomy , well equipped bathroom. - Sentral location . We use this hotel as it is beside the bus station and also the Concert Hall. Close to the Metro station. Also in walking distance of many restaurants, etc
Comfortable, very well equipped bedroom , but looking straight on to ventilators etc. On our previous visit we had a larger room on 5th floor with view ! But more expensive.

High Standard of room for a very good price.
Final touches were lacking - dirty cup in the cupboard, dusty floorboards.

"We have stayed at the hotel a number of time because of its location for the Concert Hall and the quality of its bedrooms. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts"
General decor, excellent reception staff and very good breakfast
Room 511 - The shower leaked at the top and sprayed the bathroom resulting in me having to mop the floor. Reported after first night and was better but not fixed. Told that maintance would get to on Monday. Too late for us!!!

"The resteraunt wasn't up to much, food was average."
The hotel had upgraded us to a studio room for free so that was a lovely surprise, the bathroom was really big which was great and was in a perfect spot.
Nothing the room was great and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

"I would have liked to have seen better pictures on the internet site. Accurate representations of each type of room. My room was not what i remembered or expected."
Great shower! Comfortable bed! Great selection of fresh food at breakfast!
Room was a bit small, there was no bathtub and the lobby smelt like smoke because it was openly linked to the bar.not a nice aroma to be greeted with when you first walk in

"The reason we chose this hotel was location and hotel interior design. We were upgraded to a suite which was totally fantastic. We never got to see any of the other rooms but the rest of the hotel that we did see, restaurants, bar, spa, etc. were very well kept and the staff were very friendly. The location was superb for shopping and nightlife. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but that was very good also. I have stayed in other Glasgow hotels but Langs was by far the best."
We were so lucky to be upgraded. The suite we had was fantastic.

"the room was not as good as the other two rooms i have stayed in in the same hotel, but still cost a lot. was very small. room service was very poor. bar food not great, but breakfast was excellent. staff could've been warmer considering it's a 4 star hotel. enjoyable stay but could've been better."
good bathroom and shower, good food
room service very poor. menu didnt match what was available and staff grumpy. room poor.

"I stayed at Langs in one of their Duplex Suits and had a great time. The room was fantastic definatly worth the £30 to upgrade. The hotel staff were also very friendly and quick to respond to any of our requests. The 24hrs lobby bar was a great idea at the time, but I felt a little worse for wear the next day. That was soon put right by the fantastic buffet breakfast the next morning. All in all I would this recommend Hotel to anyone and I hope their stay was as fantastic as mine."

Nice design, good central location, CD player, Nice Room service choice
VERY NOISY on the street w/ window closed... In this type of hotels you expect a mini bar and a Concierge desk, even more so when Reception staff is ot at ease providing good driving directions to the Burell Collection or send you to Glasgow Airport when you asked Driving directions for Prestwick airport...

"Appart from the cold tap comingoff the wall into my mands a fairly non eventful stay of which I spent little time actually in the hotel."
very good location, fairly nice interior design especially the rooms on split levels
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over tha past 3 years and it never really seems to be more than adequtely clean, especially the bathrooms and beds. I stay there pruely because it is convenient.
