The quality of the breakfast not included in the room rate did not encourage me to stay for the evening meal. Bar prices rather high.

"Good value for money, clean and easy to find. Don't expect the Ritz, but then at £54 for Double room and breakfast you're not paying for it."
The hotel was clean, room spacious and light, relaxing bar area with reasonably priced drinks.
Bathroom small and rather tired, bed quite hard and no evening meal even though I emailed ahead to ask about it.

Excellent friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. comfortable bed. Clean room. Plenty of free Parking.
There was a vague smell of cigarettes in my room, but nothing terrible. Shower was a bit weak but again nothing detrimental to my overnight stay.

"I thought the hotel dampened my expieriance of leeds, i went for a good night out there and found this hotel was very poor."
the room had a television and complementry tea.
the bed was hard, the quilt was harder, the pillows were not comfortable. I did not like being charged £7 extra because i booked online, however, did not pay for the room until i arrived, i thought this was bad practise and a business should not be run in this manner

Staff very cheerful and friendly.
Pity they didnt bother to hoover the room before we checked in- there were sizeable pieces of crisps and other debris on the floor

Active Hotels accepted my booking using Amex, but the hotel does not take American Express. Booking made direct using Visa card over the phone, then I was notified via e-mail that my booking had been cancelled, warranting a second international phone call. There was also a small problem with power in my room.

Single occupancy, 4 beds in 1 room like salvation army. Unable to have an evening meal on first night as I hadnt booked it in the morning. I arrived late afternoon!!

"A plesant stay"
The staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked twin rooms for a party of four, but were pleasantly surprised to find one of the rooms was a family room so we decided to use that room instead of two rooms, which we found to be very comfortable. The breakfast was also good and the service overall was great.
The front-exterior could do with a make-over,the steps to the entrance to the hotel are not child/aged friendly.

Everthing was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good parking facilities
Perhaps the decor in the communal areas could do with a freshen up. The veggie breakfast was just the normal breakfast with the sausage and bacon absent. Perhaps you could offer veggie sausages etc. No hot chocolate sachets in room.

The hotel suited opur needs completely, both because it was so convenient for our visit to relatives in Adel, andf because it was clean, comfortable and friendly.
