"The apartment was a converted garage in a housing estate in Chappletown of Leeds. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. Please remove this accommodation from your website."

TV did not work, no hot water, sofa bed was inadequate - only made half a bed so our friend had to book a hotel which cost

"Would have been OK for twp people. Converted Garage. But everything you needed."

Everything at hand for a short break

The size of a garage, much too small for 4 x adults.Son slept on floor,Daughter slept on floor outside loo! No other space to move.

"I would certainly use it again. Probably an on-line map, or a link to multi-map would have helped, as I had trouble finding it. Parking was no problem, and Mrs Singh was extremely friendly and even made me a cup of tea upon arrival. I had a child with me who immediately took to the host, as she was approachable and friendly. I had my own key to the apartment so didn't have to disturb anyone when I entered and left. There was no 'noise' issue like in a hotel - my child could play with his toys at 6am without the worry of disturbing anyone. The price was excellent as there is a discount for only one adult. Take tea bags and milk with you!"

The self-catering facilities were excellent - clean, thorough, lacking nothing. It was private and comfortable. The TV facilities were great - Sky, and lots of 'on demand' programmes.

There was some building work going on at the time, so a few pieces of building debris outside - pieces of wood, nails etc. But I am sure this will be rectified when the building work is complete. There was certianly no noise interference.

"These compact suites are a conversion/extension of a family home, and are situated at the back of the house. The family were very friendly and welcoming. The neighbourhood was quiet and there was on street parking right at the front of the property. The grass at the front of the suite is now slabbed."

Location was quiet and ideal for visiting our relatives.

Bathroom was not as clean as it should be.

"Met on arrival by the friendly, helpful owner. The room, although small, was clean and perfectly adequate for our requirements and for the relatively low price paid offered value for money."

Although the room was small, it was clean and perfectly adequate for our requirements.

    Nothing apart from being small.

"Good value - useful to be able to book self catering by the night rather than part week. Everything you need for a short stay. Quiet, clean, secure and comfortable accomodation in a residential area - short taxi ride from the centre of Leeds."

    Friendly welcome.

"The info given on the web site was detailed. The suite is in an ideal location and is most suitable for people who want to be in control of thier own catering for an overnight stay. The owners are friendly without being over powering or nosy."

the suite was in a very quiet residency and had on site parking

"Compact but well equipped & nicely furnished 'apartments'. In a great location. The main road is just at the end of the street so it has great access to the bus route. We went to a concert at Harewood House which is about 6 miles away up the main road so the location was perfect. The family were very friendly & helpful & made us feel very welcome. The only negative is it was in a family's back garden! It was a massive shock when we got to the address to find a normal house in a residential area. The 'suites' are basically a converted garage & an extension on the back of the owner's house. We felt a bit awkward!! If you're going on a boozy group weekend away then I wouldn't recommend staying there. We were so worried about disturbing the family. We would have appreciated knowing this before we booked."

Had everything we needed & more! Iron, ironing board, washing machine - everything you could think of. Someone could live there permanently!

It was in someone's back garden!! I wish we'd been told of this before booking.

"When we first arrived at the acommodation we were greeted by the owners who were very hospitable, they were very friendly indeed. It was clean and tidy smelt fresh when we walked in, there was everything there available for us. My little girl loved it. We were visiting family in the area and needed somewhere closeby to stay and when i noticed this acommodation we couldn't beleive our luck. When we visit my sister again and the acommodation is available we would certinally go there again."

I was pleasently surprised about the acommodation, it was compact neat and tidy.

    wish it was bigger

"All I will say is that I would stay here again.Very Warm and cosy"

    Everything you needed was there.

There was no Tea or Coffee but I was offered a cuppa on arrival.I would say that this room was more of a bedsit than a hotel room.

Everything we needed was there. Very helpful staff. Inexensive. Clean. Just right for the purpose.

Perhaps a little too small for 2 people and car parking is only available on the road.

The price and location near to the City centre

Musty smell, I guess due to lack of use in the winter

"Driving there was a nightmare, not because of traffic, but notorious for Britain poor and confusing road signs. Once in the room, you have all you need, provided that the shower works."

Extremely efficient use of space and very comfortable, just what you need when you are on zour own away from home for a week or a month.

Extremely difficult to find at nighttime, all landmarks hidden and no sign advertising the hotel.

"As this was a practical use of excess space within a families property in the suburbs of the city, it was well suited for the purpose of visiting friends in the area. There was easy access into the city centre. No infomation about the area was provided with the accommodation however the owners were very friendly."

very well provided with equipment, literally everything you may have possibly needed for self catering.

on street parking, lack of local infomation
