Good room size given double bedroom for solo traveller. Nice view over gardens. Was able to check in early.

Paper thin walls. The people next to me got up at 6am and could be heard in their bathroom. Bathrooms need revamp.

"From our point of view it was a perfect choice for access to the BIC. No complaints and are booked for an event in December. Only used the restaurant for breakfast - fine. Room excellent for a night. Staff very efficient and friendly."

My room had everything that I need. It was clean and cosy. The reception staff were very helpful.

The fact that the room service menu stated 24hr service, when in fact this was not entirely correct. Can't order some things at midnight!!

"Our hotel room was ready an hour before official check in.The hotel staff without exception were very friendly and efficient at all times.The bar area was air-conditioned, which was very welcome due to the high temperatures during our stay.The breakfast and dinner were of a high quality and the dining room was airy,light and comfortable. The staff served our dinner 15 minutes before the official time so that we were able to attend a show we had booked.We thoroughly enjoyed our three days and we would not hesitate in booking this hotel again."

Excellent Location with Fast Efficent Service

Well, noise of the floor boards of the room above guests stayingin that room must of been walking around all night !!! and the Drainage system was next to my headboard which was very noisy last thing at night and first thing in the morning, unpleasent. Would stay again if in another room other than 108 this room not recommended.

"Although our stay was generally satisfactory and the hotel bar/breakfast staff were friendly, my Mother & Grandmother required assistance in storing luggage, prior to check out and the girl at reception desk only held the door open whilst my elderly Grandmother struggled to get the luggage in the cupboard. Visitor than this minor mishap our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely stay at the hotel again."

staff assistance to eldery guests.We stayed in room 316 & as the extracter fan was not working in the bathroom, it was reported to reception but not rectified during stay.

A very relaxing environment. Staff very pleasant and helpful - I liked the French touch! Room and hotel very clean 10/10. Hotel accessable to all amenities - didnot use the car.

In the past I have stayed in 5*+ hotels on business so maybe a fridge and chez at the foot of the bed!!

The hotel was excellent value for money. My room was more than adequate as a single traveller there is a tendency to put you in the smallest room possible. This was not the case at the Hermitage. The staff were also very polite, friendly and helpful. I wuld definitely stay there again.
