"Bank holiday imposed strains on system - accepted; but experience unfortunate."
Staff attentive, looked to be hard-working.
Moved from Maemar to Lloyd hotel overbooked in Maemar?. Lloyd hotel hosted a rugby squad on 2nd night - bedlam overnight and in morning. Room hastily prepared used as staff room? thick mat of grey hair in shower outlet.

"Generally I thought, for what we paid, it was good value for money, however, I was a little dissapointed with the noise levels in the early hours of the morning."
Tea and coffee facilities, and breakfast.
Lots of noise from other rooms in the middle of the night. I think there was a stag party on the night we stayed, and they woke us up in the early hours of the morning with the amount of noise they were making.

"Excellent value for money, clean and comfortable."
Staff friendly and hotel very clean. Good, central location not far from shops or beach. Parking on pay and display car park a few hundred yards away.
View from room window left a lot to be desired.

"Being given the wrong time for the end of breakfast 10.00 not 9.30 ment that we missed breakfast along with another couple. Also our shower was only scolding hot or on the other hand freezing. For this sort of service I will not be paying this price again. I will actively tell friends and family to avoid this hotel."

"I had a mojor issue with my stay at this hotel in that we had a group of young lads in a room above us and a group of youg girls in a room across the corridor both in and out of each others rooms up the stairs, down the stairs, shouting, screaming, laughing and giggleing very loudly this went on from 3am to 6am constantly. At 1 point one of the lads shouted down the stairs did any one have a spare johny. My wife shouted out once and it went quiet for about 10 minutes then it went back to the shouting and screaming again. this needs to be looked at we managed to get 2 hours sleep as we did not get in from our night out till 1am. I am very surprised because it was that loud that this was not heard by the staff of the hotel who should have put a stop to this."
