Comfortable, Clean and Tidy, Friendly Staff. Room on the small side. Ideal for shopping.

Only the size of room, nothing major.

"Comfortable hotel, excellent, smiley staff made it a relaxing stay."

    Staff very friendly and helpful

Ventilation in bathroom not working we were told this was an error in refurbishment and they were awaiting the parts to remedy it - in a number of rooms

1.Road closures in the centre meant that we went around in circles before reaching the hotel 2. The hotel was opposite a nightclub which was active until the early hours - it was difficult to sleep due to the noise of revellers

    "Very pleasant and trouble free."

Staff polite, efficient and helpful. Food great. Location ideal. Room modern and clean. Huge four poster bed very comfy!

Poor windows letting in a lot of noise from busy Ingram Street. Some upgrading to carpets and stairwells required.

"Re not staying, this is only because there is bettter room accommodation available for the money. The location of this hotel was very convenient for my purposes at the time."

The restaurant staff were very efficient - very attentive and helpful. food was well cooked. Good location

The bedroom is extremely small, no room to sit at chair face on to desk to work. No form of lounge chair in room. The internet system was unavailable the first night, causing a problem. I was originally advised that the system was down and as an external company they could not guarantee fix time. It then turned out next morning it was a problem with the room system. Once this was discovered staff were very helpful and it was fixed for the second night.

"The hotel was ok and the staff were friendly. I'll try somewhere else next time."

    Staff very friendly and helpful

TV did not work properley kept freezing and saying service temporarily unavailable. Double charged for an hours internet use caused by freezing TV - could'nt argue on check out as check out was unbelievably slow and I had to hurry off for a meeting. Big patch of mold growth behind bath taps. Couldn't sit at desk to work on my computer bed prevented access.

Small rooms, hotel is tired and dispite the management looking at the TV and intenet connection it would not work.

"This hotel was excellent value for the price I paid. For a couple on a budget it would be great, as it is very central. Only drawback was the size of the room, but I would definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again. Everything new and up to date"

Everything clean fresh and modern. Service from staff was excellent

My double room would have been on the small side for two people, but fine for one

"Would definitely go back to this hotel but would be sure to ask for a room at the back next time."

Breakfast was excellent, as were the staff in the breakfast room - we didn't have to ask for anything - a charming waitress offered us extra toast and fresh tea just as we were thinking of requesting some! Very calm, peaceful breakfast room as well, quite unlike a lot of the hotels we have stayed in. Location also ideal for an overnight city break.

Our room was at the front of the hotel and very near the lift, so was really quite noisy.

"I'd be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone. The overall visit experience was very good indeed, from arrival at the car park on Saturday to check out and departure on Sunday."

Location, facilities and breakfast were all excellent.

Wouldn't go as far as saying disliked but room was slightly on the small side.

The hotel and our own room were very clean and tidy with modern and up to date technology and facilities. Staff were friendly and happy to help and the food in the restaurant was top a good standard and tasty. I would definetly stay again and highly recommend the hotel."

very warm at times, small rooms but not too small.

"I thoroughly enjoy staying at the Ramada Glasgow City; and continue to do so. However, please clean behind the radiators and clean the streaks and marks specifically in the bathroomfrom the previous guest. Dust is an issue and can be spotted on the dark wood of the units in the room! Visitorwise, I cannot fault this hotel; a young gentleman who works on reception always provides a warm welcome and excellent customer service. The full breakfasts provide a wide choice of food and reasonably priced too. As I know the Ramada; it is not an issue for me but feel that it should be pointed at when booking that there is a very limited menu for an evening meal should people wish to eat in."

The friendliness of the staff; the quietness of the room which I request and always get!. The room layout and the quality of the bed for a good night's sleep. The linen is always very clean and fresh. The hotel's cleanliness overall is of a very high quality. Ideally located in the centre of Glasgow.

I do wish they would dust behind the radiators and ensure that the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned after each guest.Inadequate evening menu; have to eat out but there are many restaurants nearby.

"The staff were most helpful and dealt with any of queries in a swift and friendly manner, with no hint of it being any bother to them all. Get Tatties Scones back to Glasgow."

    Location for Glasgow Centre

I don't really have any dislikes for this hotel as it did what is said on the tin, but Hash Browns instead of Tattie Scones in Scotland, they may wish to reconsider this on their breakfast menu

Hotel was clean and the staff were nice.

Very small rooms. Building work next door was very noisy.
